Whether you're approaching retirement, freshly retired, or just wondering what's next. 3rd Phase is a blog for women who’ve spent years working hard, caring for others, and now want to explore life with curiosity, courage, and joy. I'll be sharing my own journey—trying new things in what we will term here as Endeavours - like beekeeping, sea swimming, Reiki, gardening, and wine tasting—not as an expert, but as someone who's still figuring it out. Also there will be the adventures, the travel and the new places we visit and the journeys we have under the Adventures section

Why I Started This
When I first retired, I had more questions than answers. But by stepping into the unknown—awkwardly, I found energy, laughter, and community. I created the 3rd Phase to share that sense of possibility with you because this chapter can be your boldest yet.
